This page explains what we collect when you send an enquiry through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we store the name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, product and application details, message and any file you attach. We also record the page you landed on and the page you submitted from, so we know which content answered your question.
We do not ask for payment details and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How it is used
Enquiry data is used to answer your question, to prepare a quotation or sample, and to follow up on an open project. It is not sold and it is not shared with other buyers.
Retention and removal
Enquiry records are kept while a commercial relationship is active or being evaluated. You can ask for your record to be removed by writing to the email address on the contact page, and we will delete it unless a legal retention obligation applies.
