Develop nonwoven fabric to your specification
Most of our work is not a catalogue item. It is a grade matched to a converting line: a fibre blend that runs without breaks, a width that fits the unwind, a pattern the finished product needs.

| Feasibility | Reference sample or data sheet | Line, fibre options, tolerances |
| Sampling | Approval criteria and test method | Sample or trial roll with its data |
| Approval | Signed specification | Order confirmation with acceptance limits |
| Production | Order and packing instruction | Bulk rolls, inspection records, COA |
| Export | Port, Incoterms, documents | Packing list, shipping documents |
What can be customised
Fibre composition and blend ratio, basis weight, working width, surface pattern, colour, roll diameter, roll length, core size and slit plan. Functional treatments such as hydrophilic or hydrophobic finishing, and lamination, are quoted per grade after a technical check.
What cannot be customised is physics. A blend that cannot bond at the target weight will not bond because the order is urgent, and we will say so at the feasibility stage rather than after the sample.
The information that speeds a project up
Six items turn a vague enquiry into a quote: the end product, the converting process, the property that decides acceptance, the target gsm with tolerance, the working width and the monthly volume. A reference sample or a competitor data sheet is worth more than a paragraph of description.
If you have a machine specification, attach it. Unwind tension, splice tolerance and roll diameter limits are frequently the reason a technically correct fabric fails on the line.
Where our scope ends
Our OEM scope is customised nonwoven material. Converting services such as folding, wetting, filling, sealing and private label packing are quoted separately, and only for the plant that actually performs them.
If a project needs a finished medical device, the regulatory responsibility sits with the device manufacturer. We supply material, data and documents to that manufacturer.
Send the specification you have, even if it is rough
Application, target gsm, width and volume are enough to start. We will tell you what is missing.
Questions
Common questions
What is the smallest custom run?
It depends on the grade and whether the line is already set for a similar specification. Send the target width and weight and we will quote the minimum economical run.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before drawings or reference samples are shared.
Can you match a competitor's fabric?
Often, if we are given a physical sample and the properties that matter. We will tell you which properties we can match and which will differ.
How long does sample development take?
It depends on whether a similar grade is already running. A sample from an existing grade is much faster than a new blend on a new pattern.
