What Indonesian buyers usually ask first
Price per kilogram at a stated gsm and width, then the running behaviour on a high speed wipes line. Many Indonesian converters run machines sourced from China or Taiwan, so the machine data is often available at enquiry stage, which shortens the trial.
The gap we see most often is a specification without a blend ratio and without a splice limit. Those two items decide the price more than the weight does, so an enquiry without them produces a quote that later has to be revised.
Documents and import formalities
For most nonwoven roll goods the import file is invoice, packing list, bill of lading and, where the buyer needs it, a certificate of origin. Certain product categories carry additional requirements such as an Indonesian national standard certificate, and the customs broker handling the entry is the right party to confirm what applies to your HS code.
We prepare documents against the HS code and the description you confirm on the order, because a mismatch between the invoice description and the entry is a delay at the port, not at ours.
Shipping and lead time
Shipments to Tanjung Priok typically load from Qingdao or Shanghai. Transit time varies with the service and the season, so the ship date is confirmed with the booking rather than quoted as a fixed number.
If you consolidate other materials into the same container, tell us early. Mixed loading is possible, but the packing plan and the loading sequence have to be agreed before the container is booked.

Do you ship to Surabaya as well as Jakarta?
Yes. Tanjung Perak is quoted like any other destination port; the difference is the sailing schedule and the inland handling.
Can you supply a mixed container for a converter running several products?
Yes. The packing plan is agreed before booking, because mixed loading changes both the packing cost and the loading sequence.
Is a certificate of origin available?
Yes, where the destination or the buyer requires it. State the requirement on the order so the document is prepared with the shipment.
What payment terms apply?
Terms are agreed per order. Regular buyers usually move to a term arrangement after the first shipments.
