What buyers here ask first
Price per square metre, then wet strength, then whether a trial quantity is possible. Many buyers run several SKUs and cannot commit to a container per grade, so the answer to the trial question decides whether the conversation continues.
Small trial quantities are practical on grades already running. On a new grade they are not, and saying so early saves both sides a month.
Preferential tariffs and origin
Several Southeast Asian markets apply preferential rates under an FTA with China. The document that proves origin is issued per shipment and must match the goods. Getting it wrong is a duty cost, not a quality cost, and it is avoidable if the destination and the tariff scheme are named at enquiry.
Short freight, fast feedback
Sea freight from Qingdao to the main Southeast Asian ports is short enough that a trial can be evaluated inside a month. That speed rewards a disciplined first order: define the acceptance test, send a sample roll, run it, then book the programme.
Private label and OEM demand
Local brands increasingly want the finished article rather than the fabric: wipes folded, packed and printed under their own name, in quantities that fit a test launch. That is an ODM conversation, and it starts with the pack and the artwork, not the gsm.

Can you supply small trial quantities?
Usually one pallet of a running grade. A new grade needs a trial run, so the minimum is higher. Ask for both numbers in the same reply.
Do you handle FTA origin documents?
We prepare the documents the scheme requires. Name the destination and the tariff scheme at enquiry so the origin document matches the goods.
Which grades suit baby wipes in a tropical climate?
A cross laid spunlace in the 45 to 60 gsm range with a viscose rich blend, tested for wet strength at your lotion loading and for lint. Humidity affects storage, so packing matters too.
